The sign which is visible from Interstate 75 and also lighted at night to mark the Grave in Linwood Cemetery of Macon, Georgia's only Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient.
The Northeast Health Science Magnet High School Army J.R.O.T.C. unit has been conducting this memorial ceremony for twenty years. 2007 marks the 40th Anniversary of Sergeant Rodney Maxwell Davis's death.
Three of Rodney M. Davis's Siblings stand at Attention as the National Anthem is played after the Wreath is placed at the Grave.

The United States Navy commissioned the USS Rodney M. Davis (FFG-60) in 1987 and she still serves our United States of America. The USS Rodney M. Davis is a Oliver Hazard Perry class Guided Missile Frigate built at San Pedro, California.
