Time for Immediate Action!!!
What Can All Americans Do?

Recent media coverage of Campaign 2008 which is focused on two candidates for President of the United States of America has caused me intense concern. As you all know, the Flower Child is a firm believer of the Political Process that we all enjoy here in America.
It seem that one of the current candidates has a spouse who has eight homes. This is of course a great unjustice. I have done some research to ascertain that a former candidate for the office of President of the United States of America had a spouse who had only six homes. Thus this message today in my Blog: "The World This Week."
I am requesting that everyone who is a "God Fearing American" boycott the Ketchup product shown above. You are hereby strongly urged to acquire "Heinz Ketchup" on your next marketing outing. We simply need to rally around the Kerry Family so that, even though he lost his bid to become the President of the United States, they should not have to suffer any longer. No Presidential candidate in the current race, or for that matter any former race, should have to suffer this type of injustice. I sincerely believe that if everyone boycotts the Ketchup product shown above that we can all assist the Kerry Family in achieving equality.
There, I feel much better already as I post this Blog to assist those who are less fortunate!!!! Just please remember that I do not intend to post a Blog requesting that the male readers here father a "Love Child!!" We have enough of them already.
Thank You and continue to have a Great Day.

I think the difference here is that Kerry didn't stake his entire campaign on the notion of attacking his opponent for being an 'elitist.'

McCain has spent months indicting Obama for being some sort of elitist, out of touch with the lives of ordinary Americans. The problem with McCain owning 7 or 12 or however many houses isn't the fact of owning the houses. The problem is that he has created this elaborate message stating that someone who enjoys any type of 'elite' status is not fit to be President. And now he finds himself hoisted on his own petard. It's the hypocrisy that is hurting him.

This same guy whose campaign has characterized Obama using the words 'latte-sipping liberal' reacted to the dust-up over his houses by taking a 9 car motorcade to Starbucks for a cappuccino.

Now personally, I don't give a damn how anyone takes their caffine. He can snort it up his nose for all I care. The issue is McCain's hypocrisy. For all of his talk about 'limousine liberals' and 'latte sippers' and out-of touch people eating arugula, John McCain lives in a fairyland bubble of magical wealth, where the mortgages pay themselves, $500 loafers appear on his feet and a fleet of 9 limos shuttles him to Starbucks for a cappuccino. Good for him, but the man really ought to shut up about who may or may not be an 'elitist.'

Let the comments continue.

Of course it must be acknowledged that the number of houses should really be a non-issue.

As Al Gore would say, the Carbon Footprint is what is vital.

In my own life I have always enjoyed working for organizations that had unlimited funds. The U. S. Government for one and a Major Multi-National Company headquartered in the United Kingdom.

It is always so much more comforting to work for an organization that has funds than to have to worry about if the next pay check will actually have funds behind it!

As far as being living a hypocrisy, I do not see much difference in either Presidential Candidate. One has had a long life of public service, some of which was in dire circumstances and the other has a short period of time as a public service and neither one has to be concerned about where their next cappuccino will come from.

I personally feel that both Presidential candidates deserve the security our government gives them. In some cases this may require a nine car motorcade. But then, what does it cost to fly in Air Force One for an hour?

But then we must also acknowledge that every beer drinking American helps Senator McCain acquire the $500.00 loafers. It can also be stated that every bottle of Heinz Ketchup allows Senator Kerry to also enjoy the good life.

Let us not throw rocks at anyone who marries well.

Please be aware that the Flower Child is now using Heinz Ketchup on his Hamburgers. One must certainly live up to what they publish.
