Veteran's Day, 2006. As we all pause today to remember the Heroes of past Wars and Conflicts so that we in the United States of America can continue to enjoy our way of life, our freedoms granted to us in the U. S. Constitution, let us not forget the tragic events of October 12, 2000.

We have all seen the terrible hole in the side of the USS Cole (Guided Missile Destroyer) (DDG-67). Here you see this proud ship, which has been repaired and is currently defending our Country. Seventeen Heroes lost their lives that tragic day in 2000.
