Saving Money in Macon, Georgia and Bibb County, Georgia

Recent media coverage has allowed me to learn that the Firefighters of the City of Macon and also Bibb County, Georgia have in some cases been obtaining their own paper products for their use while they are on duty at the Fire Stations. I have sent the above image to the Chief of the Fire Department for Macon-Bibb County as a recommendation to assist the Macon City Council balance the budget and to also prevent them from having to obtain yet another Tax Anticipation Note so the Macon, Georgia can meet payroll for the balance of this year, or at least until the Annual Property Taxes are received in late November.

Yet I understand, the Mayor of Macon is in New York City in an attempt to have the financial wizards there increase Macon's bond rating so they can borrow money. Borrow money for what? Hopefully it will be toilet paper.
