Middle Georgia Challenge

I am confident that someone in Middle Georgia will recognize this scene.  From time to time in the past I have posted a Challenge on this Blog.  The first reader who identifies the location as to where this house is located or who has lived in this house will receive a "free" lunch from the Flower Child.

Of course you must respond by placing your answer in the comment section of this post.  The deadline for your reply/comment is 2400 on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.  Of course that is "Election Day 2012."
