Flower Child's World
Several days ago I posted an entry about enjoying the beauty that abounds around you. Yesterday I took the opportunity to focus on the lovely Hydrangeas which are plentiful in the Gardens that surround my Home.
A Close-Up of a Climbing Hydrangea. They need a North facing wall or fence to even thrive here in Middle Georgia. This is the second year that this plant has provided blooms. It is a challenge to grow them here in as much as they like climates more to the North of Middle Georgia.

A long range view of the Climbing Hydrangea. You can barely discern the two blooms that are on this plant.

An Oak Leaf Hydrangea. This is one plant of three that were first planted in this location. This plant is very hardy in as much as it is the only one still growing. The local Deer population consumed the other two a few years ago.

A view of the Mop Head Hydrangeas that abound in the East Gardens. These plants are just starting their bloom cycle. Each of these blossoms can reach seven inches across.
