Both of these doors are on buildings within the City Limits of Macon, Georgia. In order to become a winner you must post a comment to this Blog. An E-Mail to the Flower Child will not allow you to be a winner. You must respond with a Comment to this Blog and state which Door Number you are answering. Thank You!!!

Hello Flower Child,

I believe that door number two is the 1842 Inn on beautiful College Street.
I am still thinking about door number one.

I hope I am correct. I would love to have lunch with a sailor :)

Now that the Contest is closed please be aware that door number one is on Cherry Street and faces North. The building is known as Temple Beth Israel.

Door Number Two is indeed the 1842 Inn on Macon's College Street.

Therefore the only Winner is:

Janice who posted the anonymous answer on June 3, 2008 when she named door number two as the 1842 Inn on College.

Michael, you came in second. Now remembering the line from the movie "Top Gun" there will be a plaque honoring you in the basement ladies powder room.

Everyone is encouraged to be ready for the next Challenge which will be published shortly.
