The Flower Child has vivid memories of returning from deployments to the Western Pacific and the Mediterranean. It always was grand to return to the United States. The above image certainly captures the excitement and joy of returning from a Cruise.

I can certainly appreciate the hardships that all the members of our U. S. Forces endure to insure our security in the United States of America. Today the Flower Child request that you take the opportunity to Thank a member of the U. S. Military. Those who have served and those who are serving deserve our gratitude.
