Managing Office Stress

We all know the impact of stress in our personal lives and how stress also impacts morale in any work situation. Additionally, physical health and mental health are degraded when the employees in any organization are not happy. The following picture displays the equipment necessary to insure that all of your employees appear to be happy. At least they have a smile on their face.

Note how the two rubber bands are hooked together. The following image clearly displays the improvement in employee smiles and attitude. Use the rubber bands and bend the paper clips to produce this "Guarantee a Smile Device." As you can see from the model displaying the Smile Device, office morale should improve immediately as you construct these devices for all of your employees. Additionally, it should be noted that most organizations have an adequate supply of paper clips and rubber bands so that the cost of implementation should not have a major impact on the firm's budget. Additionally, health care cost should decrease because everyone is happy.
