Golden Rain Tree

Greetings Everyone. Today I visited the home of a friend that has one of these trees in the front garden. The Flower Child was not able to capture a picture of this lovely looking tree because he did not have a camera with him. Therefore I picked, with permission, a branch with leaves and a branch with the seed pods which you are able to view above. The friend indicated that this tree is a lot like the famous Blooming Cherry Trees that abound in Middle Georgia. They have a short life span. I performed some research on the World Wide Web and found some who did not enjoy the tree and the mess it can create as well as many who enjoyed the delightful spring blooms and the color of the fall seed pods. I would encourage you to conduct your own research to acquire appropriate information before you rush out to obtain this tree that is impressive to some and depressing to others.
