Iowa Cubs Baseball

My two USS Ranger Buddies and our Wives had advance Tickets to go to the Iowa Cubs Baseball Game in Des Moines, Iowa on 15 August 2013.  The first picture here conveys the Baseball theme of the day.  It was taken from the upper level of the Stadium looking down toward the entrance area.  Yes, these were large balls, but very appropriate for an Iowa setting.

The Iowa Cubs lost to the Sacramento River Cats with a score of 1 to 9.

The Iowa Cubs Honor America with discount tickets for Military Heroes.  You will note the message "Thank You for serving our Country."  Our Host in Altoona, Iowa acquired these tickets for our Mini-Ranger Reunion.  Thank You Marv!!!!!
