A Challenge
From time to time I post a challenge on this Blog. I also link it to my Facebook page. Today I am challenging you, no matter where you reside, to tell me the significance of the name "North Star" which was published by Frederick Douglass. The deadline to respond to this challenge is Sunday, September 8, 2013. The first correct response will be awarded a Lunch at a place I select. If you reside exterior to Middle Georgia I will send a Money Order.

Frederick Douglas called it the "North Star" because the North was the star that guided fugitive slaves on the Underground Railroad towards freedom.
